Terms of Service

These Terms set the basic rules for using the DebugDisco bot and related web dashboard.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By adding, accessing, or using DebugDisco, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the service.

2. About the service

DebugDisco is a Discord music bot with features such as media playback, queues, favorites, autoplay, audio controls, history, statistics, and an administration dashboard. Features may be changed, added, or removed over time.

3. Eligibility and account

You must comply with the minimum age, account rules, and other requirements established by Discord's Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for settings you apply to servers you manage.

4. Acceptable use

When using DebugDisco, you agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful activities or activities that violate third-party rights;
  • abuse commands, automations, or features in a way that harms the availability of the service or third-party services;
  • attempt to bypass permissions, access controls, authentication, or other security measures;
  • use the bot to play or distribute content without observing copyright, licensing, and source-platform rules.

5. Discord, media, and third parties

DebugDisco depends on third-party services, especially Discord and media platforms such as YouTube. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms, policies, and technical limitations. DebugDisco does not control the availability or decisions of those platforms.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. Maintenance, failures, limitations, API changes, or interruptions may occur. The project may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or technical evolution.

7. Suspension and termination

Access to DebugDisco may be limited or terminated in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, security risk, or use that harms the service, its operators, or third parties. You may also remove the bot from your server and stop using the dashboard at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DebugDisco is provided without guarantees of continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. The project owner is not responsible for indirect losses arising from downtime, third-party content, external-platform decisions, or improper use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves or when technical, operational, or legal changes occur. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to users in their location.
